Like a lot of you, I've been through the job search grind. Endlessly tweaking resumes, writing cover letters that probably never got read, and waiting for responses that never came. So I built DotNetDevs. Put yourself out there, and let the opportunities come to you.

Why This Exists

Job boards kind of suck for developers. You do all the work and most of the time you get radio silence. Meanwhile, companies are drowning in applications and can't find the people they actually need.

DotNetDevs flips that around. You build a profile, say what you're looking for, and companies come to you.

What's Different Here

• It's just .NET. Not another generic board where you're competing with every developer on the planet.
• Free for developers. And always will be.
• No recruiter spam. Businesses get verified by me personally before they can message you or post a job posting.
• Built by one of you. This website runs on .NET 10 and is hosted on Azure. I've been a professional .NET developer for nearly 10 years, and I wanted to leverage those skills to help others.
